What is the standard turnaround time for orders?

Our standard production time is typically 5-7 business days from the moment your design is approved, plus shipping time to your location.

Is there a minimum order quantity for custom apparel?

We offer a variety of products with no minimums for digital printing; however, screen-printed items typically require a minimum of 12 pieces per design.

Can I see a proof before my order goes into production?

Yes, our design team provides a digital mock-up for every order. We require your explicit approval via email before we begin the printing process.

What happens if I am not satisfied with my order?

We take pride in our quality. If there is a manufacturing defect or a print error that differs from your approved proof, please contact us within 15 days for a replacement or refund.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination and weight of the package.

What file formats do you accept for custom artwork?

For the best results, we recommend high-resolution vector files such as .AI, .EPS, or .PDF. We also accept high-quality .PNG and .JPG files at 300 DPI.
